I use Vibracart Pro for this exact service. I sell a PDF document and it seems to work well. The extra thing I like about this is that I can add a watermark to document as it is easy for a buyer to copy a PDF document and send it around to others. I’d 2nd Vibracart. I’m slowly converting the Template Repo site over to it, and the developers’ other product, Sitelok to introduce a members area to the site (exciting things coming on that front!). It will handle all aspects, including tax, without taking a commission like other online solutions.
As Frank says, the support is about as good as it gets.
