Strange warning message

Hi all,

Has anyone come across the following message when changing the header in any theme?

“One or more resources already exist in this project”. It asks if I want to duplicate or replace the resources and I don’t know which one to use.

If you use the same name for a Ressource e. g. a favicon. Rename the new ressource to be on the safe side…
