Timer trigger stack?

Not sure what to call this guys, but I’m looking for a timer stack which will launch or trigger another stack at the set time, and then maybe even switch it off after a given interval.

For example, it would be cool to have fireworks start up on a web page at midnight on the 31st December, and so on.

Looks like Tardis does exactly what I want - thanks @jochenabitz.

@Rovertek - Expiry almost does what I want, and at the right price too, but Tardis has the start and finish times which is perfect.
