The problem here is not with whats in the page inspector. You can have nothing in the page inspector for Social Tags but if you have sitewide General Settings “generate Social Tags” turned on it will generate the default Tags in addition to the ones generated by the CMS.
Correct. In the case of TotalCMS, TotalCMS handles the meta tags properly and RW doesn’t which is why I needed to turnoff tags in RW to publish that blog post page. Hopefully a disable by page is included in the next RW release.
