I solved a problem with RW 6.3.1 and thought I would share it. I’v learned to quit RW before publishing. In other words, if I tried publishing after making changes in the file, it would never work.
I encountered the same situation. But it is random, sometimes I can publish without quitting… Publishing is working much better in the last update.
