Unsubscribing to tutorial videos

How do I unsubscribe from the videos?

I CANNOT unsubscribe video subscription.
Not all contact buttons work.

Going into ACCOUNT - to unsubscribe from the 3 plans yields a “Whoops” - and does not accomplish anything.
Trying to email via link - fails.

Why not just opening the subscription email you got from FastSpring? There is a link included, where you are able to manage your subscription.

Presumes that would work. Just as one would presume the “subscription” category under a user’s “Account" should work. Or the email contact link to function.

Innstacks: No value in a subscription email if there is no email [any longer?]
There is, after all, a subscription management category under the user icon at the top of the screen.

I have contacted support.
For whatever reason: Something may have gone awry–no response received, which then leaves me waiting for another billing cycle to discover whether I am billed for the next month, or have been successful in terminating the subscription.

It seems to me that if one signs up for a monthly charged subscription - it outght be a month-by-month OPT IN, not an opt OUT.
