Presumes that would work. Just as one would presume the “subscription” category under a user’s “Account" should work. Or the email contact link to function.

There is, after all, a subscription management category under the user icon at the top of the screen.

For whatever reason: Something may have gone awry–no response received, which then leaves me waiting for another billing cycle to discover whether I am billed for the next month, or have been successful in terminating the subscription.
It seems to me that if one signs up for a monthly charged subscription - it outght be a month-by-month OPT IN, not an opt OUT.
