We were among those FTP users who were locked out of our site for weeks after an earlier update. You made a provision for us which never entirely worked, we have not risked an update since, understandably we cannot afford to be stranded again especially as we now want to use part of our site for retailing. We should like your advice. We have looked at Squarespace its site management is baroque and inflexible, particularly as we include academic information and a kid’s section. One of the problems with RW has always been the distressing white space at the top of printed off pages. Has this been solved?
We would still think RW is the best thing on offer if it were not for the amount of distressed FTP users still on your forum.
