Upgrading from RW 6.x to RW 8.. foundation/stacks issues

Hey everyone, I have been happily using RW 6 with Foundation and stacks for several years. I just upgraded to RW 8.

My question is most likely a simple one, however I cannot seem to find information on how to move my foundation and Stacks over to RW 8.

Any help or pointing me to this information is greatly appreciated…
