Uploading requirements

Hello,

I have some questions here as follows

  1. what are the info that i need from my web host to proceed
    with the uploading of our web site ?
  2. do i also need a Cpanel control ?

Take a screen shot of Rapidweaver’s Publishing settings panel and send them that. Ask them to provide all the details required for the different fields.
