What to use to create this?

I recently came across this Word Press plugin called Prayer Engine and Series Engine that I would really like to integrate on our Rapidweaver site for our church. Does anyone know how I can achieve this same type of design using certain stacks? Here are the demos

For the Series Engine you could take a look at:

Filter by Stacks4Stacks
or
Filter from Yabdab

Both allow you to set up content that can be displayed or hidden based on filters that your visitor selects.
