It seems that in the supplied themes there are very few fonts? Can fonts be added to themes? Are there themes with more fonts?
Not a direct answer to your question, but if you are using Stacks Pages on your site, you could check out Joe’s Font Pro stack.

most themes work with so called sen safe fonts. If you’ve been working with site for a long time like me you would be over the moon to have Joes Font Pro stack.
