Which stack allows me to move / float text boxes when resizing the browser window?

We are looking for a stack which allows to float, reorder or move (or whatever this called in english) with animation other stacks like images or text boxes or so when the browser window is resized. I mean that the boxes are smoothly moving to their new position.
Is there such stack available?

Maybe something like Bricks?

Alternatively, maybe Doobox’ Grid stack?
