Item lists always starting with first character (missing start attribute)

RapidWeaver Version: 6.3.4 (15071)
System Version: 10.10.5
Hardware: iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7, 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3.

Issue:
Choosing to create a list always starts with the first character of list (e.g. 1, A, i, etc.), rather than what is chosen. It displays properly in Edit mode but not upon Preview/Export.

Expected Result:
The list item should begin with the character chosen in the dropdown dialog box.

Manually copying the source code into an html page and inspecting the list its obvious the start attribute is missing. Placing start="2" after the <ol results in the proper listing. RW doesn’t appear to be creating the start attribute.
