URL's for Sub-Pages

Unfortunately, the answer isn’t clear.

I have a site with the following structure:

fruits.com



fruits.com/strawberries

etc.

Each subpage is properly named in the sidebar in RW. Where and how do you change the names of the sub-pages to avoid the default /page2; /page3; /page4 naming convention?

In the page UI, change the folder name

What is the page “UI”?
UI is an abbreviation meaning, what?
If you mean, “User Interface” (as in GUI); where specifically in RW?
