It’s amazing that his issue has not been fixed in 8.1. It’s like a souvenir from previous releases. You can’t cancel publishing, or if you lose your internet connection in mid-upload, the only way out is to force quit RW. Really inexcusable.
Please don’t double post issues you’re having, it doesn’t get them addressed any quicker.
I wasn’t posting to ask for a resolution to the problem. That ship has clearly sailed. The company has ignored the issue since at least July 2016. Perhaps I should have made the title of the post "Why do issues persisting for years not get fixed?” and kept the post more generic. I hoped it would generate a discussion about Realmac having ignored this issue for so long. It would be great if the company responded to a problem as fast as the forum is policed.
