A stack wich will show content when the mouse leaves the site

Hi, I am looking for a stack which will show its content whenever the mouse leaves the top of the page. Like a “Thank you for visiting my site”. It is important for the stack not to use any cookies - as this would the only cookie my site uses, I would have to add a cookie warning and additional info just for this stack… which I want to avoid.

It has an option to disable cookie tracking in the settings. There is a free demo version available to download and try.
