Affero theme misplaced image

I find that the first image on a Styled text page or a Stacks page always goes up to the top (like a header?) of the page when using RapidWeaver’s inbuilt Affero theme.
Does anyone know a work around or cure?

In the theme options, I believe that there is a checkbox for FEATURED IMAGE or something like that. If you turn it off the image will not appear at the top.
