Any idea what this error means

I’ve sent a ticket into Yabdab, but I’m aware of a time difference and thought one of you clever people might be able to offer advice.

I’ve set up a form loom page with a formstack linking to it and seem to get the following error emailed to me

Date: Fri, 08 Sep 2017 10:08:11 +0000

Error:

Errors:
– Reply-To Item “item_1” has a value of “” which is an invalid email format.
This usually happens when you assign the incorrect Item Name to the Reply-To Item setting.

The link to the page is here -

Any idea what I’ve done wrong?

Regards

Barrie

Each of the form elements has a short name. You’ve probably got one form element which asks for the person’s email address - see what short name it has (generally ‘email’) - this is the ‘value’ that Reply-To needs in the form setup.

It seems to have that?

Any suggestions at all?

Let’s see if we can attract @yabdab’s attention for this.

Just means someone (something) submitted form without entering valid email address.

Cheers Mike. It seemed to be working okay, but just wanted to check.
