What on earth is a MacOs app help book?
Good question. When you run a macOS app (think Safari or Mail, in the main menu (File, Edit, etc), the last menu item is usually “Help”. You code in your app to point that menu item to an Apple Help Book. The help book itself is made up only of XHTML, CSS and JS. It’s a chore I don’t need to code the help book manually, so hence my question… One followup thought though, not every app has a Help Book, see the RapidWeaver version. I hope this answers your question.
