Autoformatting by Paragraph

Hi, I often copy and paste content for a news summary (all accredited). If I copy into a Header stack, it automatically reformats. If I copy into a Paragraph stack, the existing formatting copies across. I was retyping everything but have now discovered that if I copy into Header first, it reformats. Is there an easier way of copying and pasting into Paragraph without this additional step please?

I use a MarkDown stack, so I only get the formatting I want. Otherwise, just paste using shift-alt-cmd-V or paste everything into a plain text editor (e.g. Textastic) first.
