My custom image in “Tesla Pro” for banner background shows up in preview but just an empty white space on actual website. I checked to see if the image was in the “resource folder” and it was. For some reason it’s just not pulling the image file up.
I was able to figure out the problem. My custom file was named “Banner1” instead of “banner1”. I changed the file name to “banner1” (all lowercase) and it now works.
