The crash reporter should can be turned off by the user.
Can this your terminal code? Who has experience with it? Where did you get that?

Realmac sent me the terminal code but just to repeat, I didn’t use it.
Hi folks
If you’re still experiencing crashes, please could you drop us a note. We’ve got one issue that we’re aware of (that is being corrected by a Stacks update shortly), and I’d love to get this fixed once and for all.

HALLELUJAH !!!
Thank you !
Rapidweaver has been crashing on me for the past week but today it has crashed around 5 times. Same issues as above. I read through all this info and took Aarons advice. All went well and it was back to normal after the fresh install, or at least thats what i thought until I lost another full afternoons work when it crashed again!!! HELP
The last time it crashed it was still showing the same crash report I thought had been deleted by replacing the app.
Please could you be a little more specific. When exactly are you doing when RapidWeaver crashes? Some steps would be ideal to help us figure this out!

Hi @nikf,
I can always create a crash with at least the last few versions of RW6.
After some significant modifications to any number of Stacks pages, if I save the file and then try to publish ALL files I get a RW crash. It does not crash if I only select publish, and it does not crash if I publish all files but do not save first.
I have not been sending in the crash reporter because that results in a constant hang that requires a force-quit.
I just read @Aaron’s post from a few days ago about deleting and reinstalling. I’ll give that a go later.
This is an issue we’re aware of (and have been investigating) that will be fixed in a forthcoming Stacks update.

Today I was editing text and adding links to an update of a site I already have online. With this particular crash I had just opened the publishing set up page and tested the connection. The test came back ok and then when I clicked save, RW crashed. Afterwards the crash report that i had tried to send earlier in the day (from a previous crash) opened up. I know this was the earlier report because it still had the text that I had written in it explaining what I was doing.
I am not very technical but if there is something that i can send you that will help you understand the problem just let me know.
Thanks M
