CALL ME option by a Foundation Form

Hi all,
I have a small issue here.
My client wants a small ‘Call Me’ form with just a Phone number Field and Time + date fields.

What i found out is that the Foundation form needs and email field to function.
If you setup the form without the email field it does not work anymore.
Does somebody knows a workaround for this?

The form needs someplace to send the data…take a look at this:
