Can't add ExtraContent stack

Hi folks, I’m a total newbie as far as experience with Rapidweaver is concerned but I’m gradually starting to get a feel for it. Anyway, I’ve got both the ExtraContent and ExtraContent Plus stacks installed on RW 7 but for some reason i’m unable to drag either of them onto the page. I’m definitely using themes that support EC (i can preview ExtraContent areas), so I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. Any ideas? I’d appreciate advice in layman’s terms if possible because I’m neither code savvy nor especially technically knowledgable.

Let’s cover the basics first

  1. Have you purchased the Stacks plugin?
  2. If so, have you created a blank Stacks page?
  3. If so, where are you trying to drag the Extra Content stack from? It needs to be from the Stacks library, not the Addons panel - see attached.

Ah-ha! I’d missed step 2 altogether and in step 3, I had, indeed, been trying to drag from the Addons panel.
