I had planned to buy the ‘Checkout’ Stack as I need Credit Card/Paypal payments on my site. However, I understand that this stack does not allow custom amounts. As I am a consultant, every transaction will be unique.

Can anyone recommend a stack that allows for unique Credit Card payments (PayPal too - but not essential)? Essentially, I just want a simple page that facilitates the transaction - there is no online store; clients are advised of the amount via email.

You are using Stripe? In which case you can just send a payment request from the Stripe dashboard.
