Contact Form Not Working - PHP Version

I’m having trouble getting my Rapidweaver website Contact Form to work. I’ve read the other related posts, but have not yet found a solution. When I send a test message, I receive a notification indicating “I’m sorry there was a problem sending your message.” The reset button on the form also does not work.

I’ve checked with my site host, which indicates it does support PHP. The host uses PHP version 5.2.12. Is this version of PHP compatible with the Rapidweaver Contact Form?

It may well be but it’s an old version of PHP. If you go into your Host control panel you’ll find an option somewhere to update the version of PHP and that may solve your problem. If in doubt, talk to your hosting provider.
