I’m using the contact form with Stacks 5.3, but it has stopped working, and I’m not sure why. As a basic user, I’d really appreciate any help in understanding the issue and going through the basic troubleshooting steps.

We’re going to need a bit more information.

  • what errors and/or error messages (if any) do you see?
  • what other behaviour do you see happening?
  • what’s your site’s productive URL

It appears that the email sends successfully.

It looks like it had to do with email forwarding with Microsoft exchange and then resolving emails going to quarantine.
