I am looking for a simple to use customizable form builder for a friend. They want to collect information and have the form submit the information to their email. It should support both free-form data as well as drop-down. For the phone number, it would be GREAT if it could support a country pull-down for the prefix/country code but that is just a nice-to-have.
What are folks using for RW 9.x code and Stacks 4.x

UPDATE: for the moment, I am playing with the Super Forms 2 stack from 1LD. Does anyone know if there is a way to incorporate a country list/flag/prefix into a WhatsApp/phone number entry field? Any sample HTML or other code someone might have?
