I’m looking for the best way to gather information I’m looking for the best way to let people sign up for an event where they need to give standard information but also have a place to do free-form text and to which I can attach a PayPal payment stack. I am working in foundation. Really appreciate any advice.
What do you want to happen with the signup info? Email? Insert into a database? Csv?
Pay before or after?
You can probably just use a foundation form.

Email information and insert into csv file if possible
Pay via PayPal when ordering
Pay before the form is completed or after?
Where/how does the form info go?
You can collect the data with a foundation form, including a free firm text area, then it can be emailed(default) sent to a database (option) or, with custom post, write it to a csv.
Once the form is sent you can send them o a thank you page where the PayPal button is.
-or- they pay first and PayPal sends them back to your form page.
