At some point, the RW 7 crash reporter stopped working. It just spins and never actually does its thing (to my knowledge) I just close the window.
This happens to me too.
I’ve already reported the problem in RW6.
The crash reporter is handled by DevMate… I’m not sure what the fix is for this atm 
Crash reporter seems to work again in latest beta.
This means you should already got an crash report by me
