When you edit Custom Components and flip back and forth between editing a Template and Properties for example, Elements appears to forget the position it was in from the previous edit.
Having done a bit of “debugging”, I think the issue is that Elements seems to share a common “position in the edit” state across Templates & Properties as opposed to having individual positions being remembered for each tab.
