Database Custom Intergration

Hi I would like to know if I can integrate a database (sql or CSV) into a custom table that will preview the content populated.

I’m building a website for music producers to download samples I have made. I want the samples organised in the database under the different catagories to be able to be filtered in the User front end table. They would need to be able to preview the tracks too, with links to purchase.

I have looked at EasyDB and The Filter Stack but would I need to code this myself to offer the preview functions and hyperlinks?
