Deleting elements from Resources Folder?

Can’t seem to delete anything from the Resources folder in RW 8.1.6. Made some changes to a graphic that was in the resources folder when I went to drop the new file with the same name into the folder, they both stay there?

And like I said, I can’t delete the old file either. Very confusing and likely dangerous to have multiple files with the same name.

Any suggestions?

Actually, nevermind. Control-Clicking on an element does bring up a menu with an option to delete but it doesn’t work for me. Using the Gear menu though does.
