Hot on the heals of beta 30, predictably we have beta 31. This build contains some Workspace fixes (although we still have more to do). It also contains ALL of the Component fixes that should have been in beta 30, plus a bunch more!

Get the Update
Elements should prompt you while it’s running to let you know there’s an update. If it doesn’t, you can select the “Check for Updates…” menu option from the “Elements” app menu.
Please note: Sometimes it takes a while for the update to propagate. If you don’t see the update in-app, you can download the latest build of Elements from the confirmation email you received, as that link will ALWAYS give you the latest version.

was this the intention for video, a couple of tries I had YouTube playing in the browser rather my video, unable to replicate. if no controls plan until you click
This new BETA has a problem with borders on a text component as far as I can tell. I have a header in my footer that has a border on the left edge. For some reason now it is drawing THREE borders on the edge.
@dan Something has also happened to margins. All of the places where I have a HEADER that had the top and bottom margins originally set to 2 are now displaying with much larger margins. So either the margins were not working properly before or something else has changed.
This is also causing problems with the typography component. I have my paragraphs setup to have some margin, which are now being displayed with much bigger margins.
As mentioned before I’m not sure if this is because they were not working correctly in the previous BETA or this one broke them. All of this was fine in BETA 30.
Thoughts.
UPDATE: these problems are not reflected in the browser, they appear to be problems with the display in the editor.

I tried to add some of the other problems to this project, But I could not get copy and paste to work from one project to another. Which is incredibly frustrating. I am hoping we will have working Cut, Copy, and Paste in the not too distant future. It is very frustrating that this does not just work.
You’ll need to set the colours for this text in the Theme Studio under Typography. We haven’t got around to adding any defaults yet, but when we do, this will just work.
Keen to get experience with Elements beta so I can get some hands-on learning experience before it is released. I have used RW since v5, but really struggled with the whole Stacks and Foundry stuff (no offence intended - this says more about my lack of skills), but can already see that Elements will make it much easier for me to develop the websites I envisage.
