Error publishing with File Sharing page

I have a simple need to offer file sharing, for a limited number of files and a limited number of users. When publish the site, with the RW File Sharing Page, I get the following error. When I searched for this, the one post found didn’t seem to have a definitive reply, so here goes.

Just a guess but you’ve got the file spelled two different ways in that error message.

file.zip
and
fiel.zip

Maybe that’s the issue?

I retyped the name to replace the original path, so it was my retyping error in the post.
My eventual solution was to just use FileZilla to upload the .zip to SiteGround and then use the URL option on the File Sharing page to link to the .zip for download. Something about where RW uploaded the file didn’t give it permissions to access it.
