I tried, a couple of times, to purchase Rapidweaver directly through Realmacsoftware but did not receive the license email(s). Sent a couple of emails to support@realmacsoftware.com to advise but did not receive a reply. I ended up purchasing through Apple Store.
Subsequently, I have found that my Credit Card has been charged twice for both the failed purchases. Again I sent an email to support@realmacsoftware.com and again no reply - hopefully it is just that my emails are not getting through to them.
Anyhow, I am now using this medium to try to make contact with support@realmacsoftware to try to sort out the failed transactions. Please advise.
