Floating "scroll down" arrow

I’m looking for a stack that is basically the opposite of Joe Workman’s elevator. I want a floating down arrow like image to appear at the bottom of the window to indicate to users to scroll down. Basically calling out to people to scroll past things like large images to more page content below. Anything like this out there?

Are there others? I’m trying to decide which one to use. I seem to remember a new stack with a name something like “bellhop” that I’d also like to compare, but I can’t find the link to it.
