"Scroll Down For More" Stack

(Bruce Kieffer) #1

I need a stack that places a indicator at the bottom of my pages to tell a viewer there’s more to see if they scroll down. Like on this page:

Joe Workman’s Target would do this, I think. Just set it to align on the bottom/center and relative to browser (I’m guessing a bit - not at my RW computer at the moment)

Have a look at Nick Cates’ Scroll Page stack - https://nickcatesdesign.com/preview/rapidweaver/scroll_page/example-4/

@bruce It seems you are asking for something that will provide a message, not necessarily do the scrolling action. If that’s the case you might want to check out Will Woodgates Gatekeeper stack: it can be placed at the bottom of a visible screen (if I remember correctly). At any rate you can download a demo and test it out.

I just downloaded the demo of Gateway from Will Woodgate and I will test that. Looks like it may do what I want. Nick Cate’s Scroll Page stack will work, but I really like the text note concept rather than just an arrow pointing down.
