Formloom 4 not sending

Hi, I’ve just installed Formloom 4 4.0.12 running on Catalina.

I’m having problems getting the form to send. I have my settings to send with SMTP, my settings are in correctly from ipage server. I have also tried the other way, but no luck.

I have the from value set to my email address which my site is hosted with.

What I get when I test it, is a a spinning icon next to the submit button and it goes no further with no email being sent.

Any ideas?
