Formsplus displays error message even when it's working

I’ve sent in a support request, but wondering if anyone else has found this.

When the user clicks submit in a FormsPlus form they are presented with the error message, but everything appears to be working: The user gets their confirmation and an email is sent to the site owner as expected.

Fixed. If anyone else is getting this problem, the issue occurs when you select URL as the path to files uploaded. Set this to something else and it works.
