Google Says: Stacks Image 31? Why?

My wife Googled herself and found her (RW) website there. Google has summarised the website by enclosing four pages. One of the pages reads:

Paintings
Paintings · Stacks Image 31

Does anyone know what ‘Stacks Image 31’ means? And what needs to be changed?

Well, I guess that you have an image on the site that you didn’t change the name or alt tag.

You probably dragged an image onto a stacks page.

Of course, I’m guessing, without a URL and maybe even a screenshot of what you are seeing it’s hard to say for sure.
