Has something changed in publishing?

Since upgrading to 8.82 I’ve become aware that something about the publishing window seems different. Is this in my head or has something changed?

Glitch since upgrade to Version 8.8.2 (20873)

Hi folks! I recently upgraded to 8.8.2 on Mojave. After I publish the progress window stays visible. Is anyone else having this issue? Not a major issue, just a bit annoying [Screenshot 2021-04-13 at 18.50.11]

There is a new preference in the publishing prefs. It’s turned off by default for some reason.
