Here we go again... missing images after updates and other issues

Did all the updates today (been since like Feb since I opened - I’m on 11.3.1 OS), stacks and to Foundation (my illustration site). Open site in RW… and as I ran into the past and believe I posted then -

all images are missing… do I have to slog and re-add? - super frustrating. I have not moved folder of images, etc.
NO I have not run “Clean my Mac”.
I’ve slept since I first put the site together but I recall placing images into the RW site file, not linked or whatever the term is for that to avoid this issue - that didn’t work

Other issue - 2nd site (Nick cates Writer theme - yeah I know dead end now - but hoping it still works). I can see most of it’s images… issue is I can’t save it. Pop up w/ permission issues. I went and checked the locations mentioned, made sure I have permission, etc (I do). Tried saving it multiple places and same thing. Road block and strange?!
HELP again!
I’ve attached a screen shot of the warning (not complete as you have to scroll to see verbose message. We are changing prices on the kennel and need to post so this is highly inconvenient.
I have old versions of sites and app - tried it all - didn’t help…

Hmm, looks like it could be a corrupt project file…

Would you be able to email one of the problem projects to dan at Realmac Software dot com so we can take a look at it?
