How to change individual page URL's

Hi there, I hope I am in the right forum as I use a Mac.

I am using Flood 4 theme and Stacks 3 plug-in.

On my published website (www.richardpaterson.com) the "about"page has the URL www.richardpaterson.com/page3/ instead of www.richardpaterson.com/about . All of the other pages display normally and I can’t figure out what I have done differently on tthis page. How can I rectify this?

In the page inspector, name the folder About.

Republish (all, because the navigation has now changed)

You will have to use your ftp program to get rid of the old pageX folder, RW won’t delete it from the server.
