How to do this in Chroma

Looking at the Chroma demo page:

https://demo.bigwhiteduck.com/chroma/features/#details_fixed

there are a number of 'In Detail" headers with a scrolling right hand pane beside it. Could someone please explain how this is done? I’d be happy to download the demo of that particular demo page but I couldn’t find it.

You do that with Sticky Grummage. Is a great effect.

Also, is worth noting that this stack works with Foundry columns too (despite the page saying it is for Foundation columns).
