How to load old RW 4.4.2 website data to RW 7.0

I got out of touch with my website which I created in RW 4.4.2 around 2008. My HD crashed several years ago and I have not been able to update my website since 2012. I even think I upgraded to RW 5.0 I also may have updated the data to RW5.0 and converted the files however I was able to somehow find a back up of the site and the 4.4.2 version RW file. How do I go about updating my website from this point???
