How to use Partials

I have a website that has a repetitive stack that needs a good amount of formatting and it looks as if Partials would be a big help. I cannot figure out how to use Partials when the text changes. Can someone steer me to a Partials tutorial?

Click the pin button on the stack and it will let you edit text outside of the stack.

I’ve watched the video and got the drift on how to work with it. Yes, the pin was what I didn’t grasp. The one problem I’ve found though is that it does not play well with two column formatting. I have to format with a standard paragraph and then when all is done go back into Partials and add the two columns. No bigge. Once again thanks for the tips and help.
