Index files are empty on uploading

I have a website for an international project with both a blog, a person and partner gallery and a few other pages. I have used Stacks all over the place except for the blog where I use the original from Rapidweaver Classic 9.3.4 (211106).

Suddenly when uploading a small blogpost, all index files in all of the pages are empty. When previewing in Safari everything works fine, but uploading to the site, all now, including the feed.xml for the blog, have 0 bytes.

Can someone help me diagnose the issue or give me a hint where to look. I could probably take the index-files (both html and php) from the preview in Safari and upload manually, but it shouldn’t be necessary.

Just an update. I suspect that it may be a server issue. I was able to recreate the setup, more or less, using backups and preview-files, and I realise that it was not just index-files that were missing but all kinds of files (fonts, images, js-files, etc.). I will try on a test server at the weekend to see if it that resolves the issues. the home page is https://www.better-health-project.eu if anyone likes to see it. (if it is still up :wink: )
