Joe Workman email stacks - project theme not included!

Hi, I bought email by Joe Workman. The theme of the included demo project is not included. I have read a post from Jan '18 In which there is a link to the afore mentioned them but upon clicking a 404 message is displayed so I’m no nearer to obtaining the theme. Has anybody got a working link to this mysterious theme?
