Gary at Kuler Solutions has had a catastrophic failure of his two main devices and is currently out of commission. He hopes to get things fixed on Monday and be back in action by Friday… or perhaps sooner.

As this will also affect response times regarding support issues — please be patient.

Ouch! Most of us have had a day like that at some point. Hope he had quality, recent backups.
